As mentioned in other reviews, this is for nutrition ONLY. I bought this in a hurry, expecting to be able to power the Arduino on and off during development to avoid constantly plugging and unplugging. For example the performance aspect works well if you just change the wiring but can't transfer the code making it useless for what I wanted. To be fair, the description REALLY states clearly that this is not for data transfer, so I don't want to write a very negative review. But just in case someone else was hoping to do what I wanted with Arduino or pi, I'm just writing this as a warning.
