Completely unreliable, turns off randomly

TL; DR: The machine, brand new, shuts down randomly while working. No matter heavy or light load. Sent to RMA for repair, returned - still works. I can't rely on this laptop for work (that's why I bought it) or for gaming. Wasted over $1,700 on a piece of junk. --- I bought this car in California just before I went to Italy. The idea was that this machine should be a copy of my 6 year old desktop PC (6 Core i7, 64GB RAM etc) so I can continue working on my projects while on the go. This car is unreliable to say the least. It just randomly turns off. Not "crash", not "blue screen of death" - it just suddenly turns off without warning. This happens while gaming (Apex Legends, Warzone), while working (Cubase Pro 10.5) and even while watching a simple streaming video (it happened 3 times when we tried to watch a movie on Disney+ one night and we ended up on mine cell phone watching!). I contacted MSI Italy while in the country to have it repaired. After routine troubleshooting, I sent it in for an RMA. Returned 15 days later, replaced heatsink and fan and reinstalled Win 10. Apex Legends launched. He switches off again. Tried Warzone. It worked for a bit and then crashed. How can you rely on a machine that can shut down at any second without warning? Since I was dying to finish a few projects before submitting them for the RMA, I had to set the software's auto-save feature to 1 minute just to make sure I didn't lose too much work. Honestly, I can't advise anyone. getting this car what a nightmare.
