Worth it Extensions and surge protectors

I have an outlet behind my headboard. Sometimes my bed bumps against the wall and the fan cord falls out. It really annoys him to wake up and turn it on (I need him to sleep). With twist caps I didn't have to get up in the middle of the night. I love it.
