I have four cats, no dogs, but I knew if a cat lost weight it would probably love this sweater and I think she loves it. After wearing it, she was able to escape quickly, so I know her movements are unaffected. She could even walk backwards, which I didn't know she was capable of. When she calmed down, she began to walk normally and stopped taking off her sweater. I have three other cats that I will try but my only concern is that two of them will be a bit colder in the winter. They're all inside, but two of them seem to be freezing. Regardless, even if none of the cats like it, it's an adorable and well-made sweater. It's not a tight knit, but it's cozy and well made from a thick, soft yarn. It suits my small cats and definitely my big cat too. I ordered a large one. Wednesday would probably work too.
