There are colors in the set that are simply unique. Most pens write fluently, with good ink flow and above-average brilliance. However, about 15% of the sticks were dry, wrote unevenly (scratched, ran unevenly) or had no gloss. I searched online for a seller but couldn't find a website where I could contact REAEON to return 15 defective pens. It is a pity that such an unusual product, as previously mentioned, has to be downgraded due to quality control issues. 85 pens that worked well would receive a 5-star product rating. ADDED NOTE: Reaeon saw my review and contacted me immediately. They offered me a full refund or a brand new set of pens. Now I can add that their customer service gets a 5 star rating. NOTE ADDED 2: I received a full set of 100 pens and 100 refills 48 hours after hearing from Reaeon. The pens write smoothly and the shine is wonderful. There are colors in the set that I have never seen before (shades of green, blue, purple and red). The set contains rare evil spirits. Overall, including customer service, these pens outperform the best available (MyColorStore/Sakura Jellyroll/Color Technick) and earn a revised 5-star rating.
