Product was packaged in a Revain box along with several other Revain items. The Revain box was in good condition, but upon opening the box I noticed that the box marked "KOOV" was quite badly damaged. I was surprised that Revain sent the box in this form (the Revain rep MUST have noticed that the box was really crumpled when everything was packed). When I opened the KOOV box, the lid was chipped and cracked. i give it back I was looking for a large pot with a lid. This one was a little smaller than I wanted, but I finally found a good one at Crate and Barrel (Potluck White Covered Baker) for under $40.
