I didn't have high hopes for this product but had to order this because my laptop charger broke which was a cheap alternative to buying direct from Samsung. The part of the connector that goes into my laptop is very loose. Although it fits into my laptop's charging port and charges my device, it falls out of the port very easily - I have to be very careful with the cable. Another issue I have is that the cord is not as long as I would like, it is shorter than my original charger. On the downside, this charger is a bit more portable and travel-friendly as it's lighter, but that doesn't outweigh the cons.
