For going for a walk. Can easily carry 1st water bottle and phone in outside pockets. I carry my Samsung S20 in a hard case and it fits securely in my phone pocket. then there is a slot in the pocket. can easily carry two wallet-sized items in one pocket (side) and conceal carrying on the other side. I tried it with a Glock17 sized pistol and it worked, but I wouldn't try much more. The front cellphone pocket actually contained two double-stack magazines as well. the weight was squeezing him with that load, so I didn't want to walk around with it.
