Designed for children from 2 to 4 years. My son just turned 3 when he got this toy and he is very average height for his age. He is 31 pounds 39 inches tall. He can hardly use it because his knees are touching the steering wheel and it is very difficult for him to pedal at all. The description is very misleading as to who the toy is for. suitable for age 4 We were unable to return this item as it was a birthday gift and we were unable to open it before our son's birthday who was outside the window for a return.
