Customers Warning: Purchase at your own risk NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES I have had the system for about 3 1/2 years and it thought the membrane filter needed replacing even though the meter read 15ppm and it took about 2 hours to change to fill an empty tank. Ordered and arrived fairly soon, the replacement took no time and seemed to work fine as I thought as I only use about 2-3 gallons a day. After 4 months of use it was only producing 1 gallon per day. So I contacted the seller and received a reply with instructions on a possible solution. I followed the instructions and measured the pressure in the tank to be less than 1psi, so I added air to raise the pressure to about 6 as indicated in the instructions between 5 and 7. Now there was no water going into the tank and there was no drinking water so I reply to the seller and they told me to check that the filter was fully clicking. I check all the filters and they are already fully pressed. I vent the tank below 1 to get some drinking water and was able to fill the tank now but about the same as before and I was barely getting 1 gallon in a 24 hour period. I reply to the seller with the situation that the filter appeared to be defective and he was told that the filter is fine as the tank is filling. THE? It only produces 1 gallon per day at max. Isn't it a defect if it is not producing 50 gallons per day and there is no water at the specified 6psi setting? I pressed the return button at Revain and the seller refused a refund saying that I am not using the device with the working parameters. I filed a claim and the seller replied that setting the tank pressure to 5-7psi would fill the tank, although I had already told him I was not getting water when I set the tank pressure to 6psi. I ordered a reverse osmosis system from Home-masters who offer a 5 year warranty on their product.
