I love the brand but we have serious issues with this particular shoe. In two months of ownership (worn no more than half a dozen times) my daughter has ripped off the material holding the metal buckle on the boot strap TWICE. I haven't had this problem with other shoes. I hope we just bought a lemon. Your sister has the same shoes, no problem. We return to the shoemaker.
