I recently attempted shopping at SOVESI as a frequent user of online fashion retailers. My experience, however, was by no means positive. The colors were off and the fabrics felt thin and cheap, and the clothes I got had nothing in common with the images on the website. The jewelry appeared to be made of plastic, and the sandals were uncomfortable to wear. The procedure of returning the items was a complete nightmare. I had to wait days for a response from customer support because they were unresponsive. Overall, if you're searching for high-quality goods and friendly customer service, I wouldn't suggest shopping at SOVESI.
