Yes, the box says you can burn up to 16 times and if you're in a hurry you need to push the limits I think. But if you just slow down and start at the slowest speed available (2X is the lowest I have) you will see amazing success. I shoot videos for local high school music productions and record 60-80 discs per show. With my 2008 iMac (yes, you read that right) my bounce rate is zero. Pretty incredible in my opinion. I use recording software (free) and video programs cost about 117 minutes, so a full disc. At 2X I still run them at a rate of 1 copy every 20 minutes. It was worth the wait as I have never had a single self-test rejection or paid customer rejection. In my opinion an excellent, reliable and good value carrier. Hope that helps!
