I bought these LEDs to replace the reverse lights on my truck and am amazed at how bright they are. Almost like the headlights on the back of my truck, which make reversing much more pleasant at night and increase safety during the day - and inattentive drivers in parking lots are noticed. First I received a usable bulb and a damaged bulb that didn't work. I wrote to the seller and asked if I could exchange it for a new bulb because I really liked the bulb that worked. As soon as I received my email I received a reply from the seller asking for my address so they could send a replacement. My replacement bulb arrived a few days later - in fact a box of two was sent so I now have a spare bulb. Great customer service and great product - couldn't be happier.
