Return my money! Disgusting product and poor quality.
The seller is to be contacted regarding the guarantee, according to the warranty card for a gas lift, however the seller doesn't reply to the letter. And why do we require a guarantee if no one will uphold it?
- Normal chair with decent mesh and simple assembly.
- The gas lift abruptly stopped functioning after 4 months, even though a person weighing 60 kg was seated on it occasionally.
