Fits perfectly, I always leave it on

Even if I don't play Splatoon. I was impressed how snug and perfect it fit. It fits perfectly on a gamepad and leaves cutouts for you to press buttons, it doesn't block the camera, screen, stylus or anything else. It's a hard plastic so I don't know if it offers good impact protection. But the mere fact that it covers the gamepad means it could save a corner or something if you drop it. Also, I can look at cool art between squid splashes.
