Review on Efficient Westmark Vegetable Peeler: One 🥕 Size, Grey - Simplifying Your Kitchen Prep by Valarie Bennett

Yesterday I used this product for the first time to clean white asparagus in preparation for making Spargelcremesuppe (Asparagus Cream Soup). The last time I peeled two pounds of white asparagus for soup I did it with a single ended vegetable peeler and it took about an hour and a half. With this Westmark cleaner, the same job took less than half an hour! An excellent German quality device that should not be missing in any kitchen. It cleans carrots, cucumbers and much more quickly and easily. I still can't figure out what a time saver this is!
