I love these glasses. Have bought 3 packs of Costco readers over the years and the glued side arms came off the hinge. I thought that all glasses break over time. I read the reviews about it and liked the style so I bought a pair. Fantastic and totally worth the money. I'm very demanding of readers because I'm constantly fumbling, fidgeting, or dropping them. They endured abuse for almost a year. That speaks volumes. They haven't been scratched at all, which is surprising considering how often I drop them. The only reason I took the sprocket off is because the bolt holding the side arm in place fell out at the end. Went to Walmart for repairs and found the screw was uniquely long and a very specific length making repairs difficult. I tried to contact the seller but I don't see a way to contact him. I hope they see this review and send me some spare screws. Better yet, add some spare screws to your original purchase. Given all the abuse I've put them through, a screw falling out seems the most likely reason they'll stop working. I love the vintage style. Very convenient. The reading lenses do the job and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for frames that will last longer than regular reading glasses.
