Not suitable for Honda Accord '17. screws anyway. I didn't cut it out after my license plate either, as the brackets opposite the screws in the top part don't hold the license plate in place. The instructions were a 3" x 3" piece of paper that explained how to press the lid until it's "cngtgs". Came with two license plate brackets and if I can find the right screws it will work but definitely not high quality if that's what you're looking for. Opens the entire license plate and installation would be easy if the screws were the right size for my car, but I didn't see 5 stars for installation if instructions weren't included would be an improvement.
