Purchased on March 11, 2018. It no longer works. The product says there is a 24 month guarantee. Called linear to inquire about sending it back for a replacement. Linear SAYS I need to deal with Revain as I ordered through them. When I go through the return process for a Revain item it says it CANNOT be returned. SO MUCH for 24 months warranty. CANNOT speak to a Revain Customer Service Representative because THEY DO NOT DISPLAY A HELP PHONE NUMBER. VERY annoying AMAZON. We buy a good beat from Revain BUT NO MORE. TO Chick to post a help phone number on the website. THIS EXCUSES customer service.
