The set contains everything you need for hair removal and comes in an attractive packaging. Before using it for the first time, I watched a YouTube video that encouraged me to try the product. The first try was great: the wax melted perfectly and the whole procedure went smoothly. I was very happy with the results. The second time I used it, it didn't go well. It seemed like I just couldn't get the wax to melt to the right consistency and it just dripped onto the applicator. It was dirty, gooey and sticky and I made several attempts thinking I was doing something wrong. (There are more than enough wax beads to experiment with.) I've tried three times. The first time the applicator and wax came out, but no hair. The second time the wax got stuck in my nose. It was painful to remove but the hair came out with it. Like an idiot I tried the other nostril again and the same thing happened. I had to use tweezers to pry the wax out. oh oh oh I don't think I'll try again because going to the ER would be too embarrassing. It worked so well the first time. I go back to the nose hair trimmer.
