Review on VisiRule by Klassic Duncan

I have used this product in conjunction with my legal team when looking at new contracts or reviewing existing ones that had been submitted as part of our due diligence process prior to signing off internally within EMEA (Europe).

It was very helpful being able to pull up documents quickly without having them physically present - it made searching through hundreds if not thousands easier than doing so manually! Sometimes we would need more clarification about certain clauses but other times they were just fine already where you could click 'confirm' out right away which saved time overall during negotiations/signing stages - sometimes there are issues though such as terms needing clarifications etc., however these all get sorted between us pretty fast anyway once signed by both parties after receiving final signoffs. Overall great experience working together especially since most people here work remotely anyways making meetings difficult unless traveling isn't feasible otherwise meeting face2face helps.
