Overall it's a good value, but the electronics feel cheap. The rocking motion seems a bit abrupt. Hopefully this will even out with the weight of the baby in the bassinet when our daughter arrives in a few months. It took some patience to assemble, but wasn't too difficult. However, I'm not sure I want to parse it later for storage/reuse. There are many parts. Unfortunately, the mobile arm looks a bit cheap, not very durable. The tones are tinny, but I think the volume will be okay for a child. The mobile motor produces a distinct mechanical hum as it spins. That's probably my biggest concern. Maybe this will help the baby relax. The time will show.
