The product corresponds to the description, arrived very quickly and fulfills its functions. The only problem is, if you don't need a big grater, you might not be happy. A bit difficult to handle medium to small tasks (like an 8 ounce stick of cheddar). The cut surface is a bit blunt on each side so it's harder to get through things but not too hard. It's not bad at all, just not what I had in mind. to get your hand in to wash each side. Suitable for those who want to do bigger things. Works great with a whole head of lettuce and quickly turns potatoes into hash browns and whatever. such things. I actually haven't had such bad results with the microplane surface for the lemon zest. Not ideal and a bit awkward/inconvenient for small things, but doable. Just know what you need. Would you like to grate some cheese on your English muffin pizza? then stick to the smaller size. If you want to cook coleslaw and hash browns all the time, then do it!
