As expected, they did not even look at the service center - they returned it with the words "mechanical damage". I wrote to the website of the 2022 representative office of the company and a month later the answer came: send headphones for trial. Sent. And a month and a half later they sent me new headphones. Respect to the company!

Pros

Great sound. They sit comfortably on the head, the ears do not sweat (in the old Philips they sweat mercilessly)

Cons

Exactly one year later, the headband broke. Used carefully, so I was extremely surprised by this. When disassembling, it turned out that there was only a small thin plastic, there were no supposed pieces of iron for structural strength at all. On the one hand, it completely broke, on the other, a crack formed, so the second "ear" would soon fall off.
