They sent me a broken used kettle.
The kettle arrived in a previously opened box. It was scratched and dented and poorly packaged. In addition, the kettle is cheap and many of the parts are made of plastic. I am very disappointed not only that they sent me a battered used product but also with the overall quality. I could have found better at the dollar store. This product is not worth the money even if it has not been damaged.
