Review on Awaiting by Aaron Collins

I love that it is able to capture all of my customer information so easily. It's super easy to use as well. There are many options you have when setting up your account which makes things less complicated. You don't always receive an email confirmation after creating a new user but then again you may get notified if there was something wrong. So just be sure to check both. It's not quite perfect yet. We're still working out some kinks but we will continue to improve. Awaiting has helped our office streamline how quickly we respond to incoming calls. This helps keep employees safe by allowing them to focus on other aspects of their job.
