The ease of use, customization options for our business processes are excellent! We needed to create an ERP system that was user friendly with minimal training required in order make it work effectively within my organization's structure/culture. I am extremely pleased so far about how well this product fits into what we need without much hassle or extra cost associated from us having too many customizations done outside their standard offerings (which would have been costly). There isn't anything really bad at all - everything has worked out great thusfar as expected when purchasing any new solution like these types come along every now & then!! Make sure you get your requirements completely defined up front before making decisions such as pricing etc..
