I have an absolutely adorable Maine Coon cat (we had two but her sister Maggie lost feline lymphoma - very sad) who, like other long haired cats, struggles with hairballs. I say use because since we started giving her just a small handful of Royal Canin hairballs every other day, the hairballs have all but disappeared. Trust me, we've tried everything else β like pasta and veggies β and they just didn't work. We weren't sure if Rosie would even eat them because she's such a picky eater, but thank goodness she loves the taste. You might think $16 for a 3 pound bag is expensive, but we think it's a lot cheaper and a lot less stressful, as long as it works, than a trip to the vet for Rosie.
