This unusual looking comb is very well made. However, the plastic used did not withstand the flexing that occurs when stowed in the back pocket of the pants. Possibly it should have been made out of this plastic due to its "handcraft" nature, but it broke after only six months. This comb works well when you keep it in a shirt or jacket pocket, but it doesn't seem to hold up well in your back pocket. Again, I used a cheap $2 drugstore comb - it's tough and does the job just as well. It will probably be a while before I lose it.
