I'm currently rating the looks at 5 stars. Bought on Prime Day to give my grandson for Christmas so this is the only review I can give at the moment. But he's like Mario's baby, so he'll love the look. I hope the performance will be as good as the current 3DS and so far in all my years with Nintendo products I have not been disappointed with the performance of the products nor with the reputation of Nintendo and/or Revain for supporting their products. All in all the best customer service ever.
