Great hook! for home accessories
Nice, strong hook that easily fits my 1 1/2 inch thick door (although it works on slightly thicker doors, up to 1 3/4 inches). . Transparent plastic goes well with a white door. My interior door was able to close at the top with it, although the lock would not engage. It's also made in the USA! If you're looking for a stronger hook that's thinner (to hold the door shut), also consider the 12" Darice Heavy Duty Door Wreath Hanger - White. I used this for a heavy Christmas wreath on my front door and it worked. Coat hanger Darice metal.
