UPDATE: Shortly after I posted my review, Milu Services contacted me for advice to see if I had followed some of the best practices to ensure that my laptops are plugged into a power source while their drive is in use. After convincing them that I had done it and explaining some of the other things I had tried with their device, they kindly offered to refund the full purchase price of the device. While I'd rather have a working device, I feel better that I didn't waste my money on a device that doesn't work for me. I am pleased to upgrade my overall rating to 4 stars for excellent customer service, 100% satisfaction guarantee and willingness to support their product. I'm reserving 5 stars for a similar company with a product that works like a true plug and play with systems. (Here is my first review for those who may be interested in the information that gave me difficulties with the device. I couldn't use it with 3 different window systems that I had when I received it. I end up having a very found a good rep from dell help me work with a new laptop to detect the drive so i can do the work needed to detect the data for an immediate project the drive was idle for months until i needed it for a similar data project when it again failed to be recognized same system and every other system recognized few months before it may work for others as a media player but for me it's useless as a data access drive I've tried using it with USB-c, USB-a to use, all on Windows 10 computers. Notebooks were plugged directly into 120V power sources during use n, as described by the manufacturer.)
