Has rough textured surface that acts like brakes.

Very large. Huge. Seems sturdy. May never get the chance to test it much. Why? The plastic has a rough textured surface that is usually added for grip. It results in a braking action, slowing the tube down. None of the kids want to use the tube because it's the slowest one of the bunch (we have 4 tubes). Disappointed they don't understand the basics of sledding!
