I picked up this new foam to try my trusted Chemical Guys honeydew foam. Unfortunately, to claim that 1-2 ounces is all you need for a rich and thick lather was an understatement. While it could foam, it was very watery and ran off the car quickly. I increased the dose to around 4-5 oz and managed to get a very rich and sticky snow foam. It's about the lucky dose I have to use for the Chemical Guys too. One caveat: the chemists are much cheaper than Adams. This new Megafoam also smells strongly of chewing gum, which isn't exactly my favorite scent, but everyone has their own. . That's why I always have to use more than the recommended dose. I pair it with my MTM PF22 with a 1.1mm bore to help with that. Those of you with a 1.8-2.2 GPM machine may see better results with as little as 1-2 ounces. For those of us with consumer grade pressure washers, this product works well and great with a higher dosage. It just costs more than the competition. Don't get me wrong, I love Adams products, but I think I'll stick with Chemical Guys on this one.
