I was really happy with this item at first but then the little handle on top of the lid broke off. There isn't much evidence that it was ever attached (no sign of where it was welded and broken or anything). The grip is just a ball bearing, totally smooth, and the lid has just a notch where the ball was pressed. The lid fits well, which is good, but with normal use the ball came loose when trying to remove the lid to refill. The lid cannot be removed without a handle, so it is now unusable. I hate leaving one star reviews, but I also can't find a way to contact the seller about this defect.
