Great case but poor design for the rope

The main problem is the rope, the gold tips you unscrew come loose quickly and you could lose your phone. I had to put some crazy glue on the inside of each one and now they stay in place and I had to tie a knot in the rope because you can't choose the length, the metal part doesn't stop anything and the rope is very long.
