This timer works great. It's large enough to be easily found around the house and fits nicely on a desk or a desk with a stand at the back. It's easy to use, although the only improvement is that you don't have to turn the dial back to 55 minutes and then back to the number of minutes you want. That's the only thing that's a bit annoying since you have to remind your kids when they use it. When it hits the end of the timer at 0, it seems to hang right before zero longer than necessary, but that seems typical of other mechanical elevator timers I've used in the past. I am very happy with this item and would buy it again.
