Review on Vellax by Tom Podolski

I was very eager to try Vellax, but sadly, it fell short of my expectations. The website advertises that it's simple to discover everything you need to make your event a success, but I was disappointed with the selection. My daughter's birthday cake required a specific cake topper, but the selection was small and not very customizable. Even though I paid for expedited shipping, I was unhappy to see that it would take more than a week to arrive until I finally located a cake topper that would fit. And when it did come, the quality wasn't very good. The colors weren't as vivid as they showed on the webpage, and the letters were misshapen. Inadequate customer service was another issue. I contacted them to ask about the shipping hold-up, but they didn't get back to me for days, and even then, their answer wasn't very helpful. Overall, I was disappointed with Vellax. I had hoped for a simple and stress-free buying experience, but I was disappointed and upset. I wouldn't advise anyone looking for high-quality products and effective service to shop at this internet retailer.
