I really wanted to like this laptop. I bought it in December and haven't been able to use it until this week (I have a full home office and computer). I have to travel this week and thought now is the time to try it. I noticed that it doesn't have a backlit keyboard as stated in the product description. I've tried everything, all recommended key combinations - all to no avail. I finally noticed that there is no keyboard button. Of course it's too late for a return or exchange and I'm just out of luck. Be warned, if you want a backlit keyboard, DO NOT BUY THIS LAPTOP. I didn't get any help or support.
