The customer service is second to none, they are always happy to help with any questions or issues that arise! I have never had an issue at all with them in my 3 years of using their platform. They do a great job keeping you informed about your campaigns performance as well as providing suggestions when needed. Their reporting system could be improved but overall it's been pretty good so far. We use Pushgrow primarily because we were looking for something more robust than our previous provider. Also, having someone else handle support/customer service was appealing too. It has made managing our list growth very easy! Being able to see what kind of engagement each campaign gets is huge. This allows us to make better decisions regarding which ones need attention first. Our biggest benefit from this service is being able to easily manage multiple campaigns without worrying about overloading our team.
