The excellent sound quality has won me over completely. However, there are far too many defects for the price. Has pros: Excellent sound. I have not tried out earlier models, as I find that these headphones meet all of my needs. The use of touch controllers is just brilliant. When I listen for approximately four hours each day, the battery lasts me for a whole week. Cons: It is difficult to wear around the neck without expanding the lovely all the way to the end, which might be an inconvenience. In the beginning, out of habit, they pressed under the ears, and I was unable to wear them for an extended period of time; however, today they appear to be normal. Alerts with a very drawn-out voice. When alerts are off, there will be no audible cues to indicate when you are switching between modes. When using Windows 10, the sound is choppy and it was impossible to get the quality back to normal. After pausing the music, they will occasionally disconnect themselves from Bluetooth on their own and go back.
