Review on OCInsights by James Townsend

The best thing about OC Insights was how easy it is to use! It’s so user-friendly I don't want any training or learning required at all if someone else wants to add me as their employee in future using this tool (which i can already do right now!). Also, they give amazing customer support which helps solve my problems very quickly!! If there were things that could be improved then maybe some data privacy features would help? Not really sure but just thought I'd mention since others might think otherwise too. So far everything has been great! They've helped us get jobs done quicker by solving recruiting issues we had before them :) Definitely recommend to anyone starting up an organization. We did not meet people when seeking out potential employees initially due to lack of a proper process in finding good hires (our first set didn't even apply!).
