I got this for my granddaughter as one of her first pieces of jewelry. Brass and 14k gold plated. This is a cute first piece of jewelry that put a big smile on my granddaughter. The anklet is flimsy and probably not the best starting product. But so far it has held up. The anklet still hasn't left any marks on her. The quality is average and since it's quite thin I didn't expect it to last long. The product says it is made of brass with 14k gold plating on one side and real gold plated stainless steel on the other. So I'm not sure which is correct. He really has a copper look. I could not find a guarantee either in the product description or in the product information. I received this product in exchange for an honest review. Overall, I found the quality of this item to be average. It's cute and pretty and makes a great first gift for younger children who want an accessory without the high price tag. I think it costs 10 dollars.
