Review on Princess Construction Birthday Building Kit by Michael Norwood

Inexpensive for a good reason. My money now also goes to Lego. I bought two of these as Christmas gifts for my daughters and they loved them at first. Manufacturing of all the individual parts went well, but when we attempted to assemble the large lock, it turned out that the cheap construction and type blocks used were of poor quality. The lock is the main feature of this product and should be fairly easy to assemble. The blocks themselves are of normal quality, some parts do not interlock. Every time we try to assemble the lock it falls apart because the connection points are too weak and start falling apart. How can kids play with it once assembled? Great price but not great as I am now spending more to buy two different sets for my daughters.
