The ease of use, customer support team who are always willing to help you out with any questions or concerns that may arise! They also have an app for IOS which makes it even easier if your in-person at their office location! Nothing so far but we've been using them since 2013 without issue (we're still active clients). We love how easy they make keeping track of our cows' health information as well all other aspects related too milk production/quality etc.. It's made life much more efficient!! Our only con would be not being able to get access from home when away working remotely sometimes due to time zones differences between us & Dairylive staff members. If you need something simple yet effective then this system will work best especially while managing multiple herds throughout different states like myself do currently across 3 locations where my husband works now days. Keeping up wtith current.
