The tread on the sole is slick, doesn't provide much traction
I usually wear a size 8. I ordered a size 8 and found them to be a bit small, snug. The shoes are super light, it feels like you're not even wearing sneakers. I found the tread on the shoe to be awful, it didn't provide much tread at all. Just wearing them in the house on the carpet my feet were slipping and sliding. I sure wouldn't want to be outside wearing them and depending on them to keep me from falling.I DO NOT recommend these shoes.

- I bought my usual size 9 but it was too small. I had to order a Size 11 for it to fit comfortably.
- May not be suitable for wide feet
