General complaints; Unfold, snap and shape handles. So. don't dig. Apply light pressure and let the brush do its job. It's like polishing. It has the ability to skim a decent amount of tarter (soft rather than hard) and bleach. I don't know why people have to swear until things break or they bleed. After some (scientific as possible) testing I came to the conclusion that it's the same as the regular one but with fewer scratches (3 day extensions and lots of tea. Did it a few times). It's gentle and with reasonable brushing time gets the job done. Mold? lol yeah it is a magnet. I wash mine very well, blow and go. I see people having trouble with this so remember I don't smell and smell and the quality is good. Just remember that it's best to use it as a polish rather than a dig.
