If your cookware is explosion-proof, you've found it. NSF approved so you can throw it in the dishwasher. I have different sizes for different purposes. This one I use for cocktail style mini meatballs, 2 bites per choice. Food always tastes better on a stick, right? The number on the napkin (here 40) is the number of measuring spoons per liter of product. For me I use this for cocktail (mini) meatballs, I use #30 for my regular ones. The handles are color coded according to the size of the cookware. For example, a pink stick equals #60 or 1 tablespoon, an orange stick equals about 1 cup. I can't imagine a better dish. I wish I had more than the 4 I have now. Get a few, you won't regret it.
