These rings are amazing, easy to clean and 7/8 inch in size. The grips are very comfortable and mine don't get hot. The mixture stays in the rings and you can make thin or thick pancakes and they are all the same size. I haven't had any problems with eggs or pancakes sticking to it, but I put some cooking oil in there so that might help. They come in a box so you can store them when not in use. They are very easy to clean. Two 4 inch egg rings make perfect sized eggs for bagels, cookies, etc. and also work well for making small pancakes. A 6 inch ring makes great pancakes. and you can make a small omelet out of it. An 8 inch ring makes a great omelette.
